Description	The Cincinnati Daily Gazette, Nov. 12, 1867 reports that on Saturday last the club of Avondale defeated the Walnut Hills Jr. Club 58-31. Ellard says that Avondale had both a senior and a junior club. Same, July 9, 1868 reports that the Clifton Club defeated the Active of Cincinnati in Clifton Monday 37-25. The game was umpired by someone from the Avondale BBC. Avondale (inc. 1864) was annexed by Cincinnati in 1896.
