The match game between the Laporte Base Ball Club, and the Star of the West, of Elkhart, came off on Thursday last [the 17th]" at Elkhart. Laporte won 98-28 in nine innings. Same Aug. 5, 81865 reports that the Star of the West BBC has formally organized.
