Description	Ackerley's Early History of Knox College Baseball is an extensive look at baseball in Knox College of Galesburg. Page 39 says there were four clubs formed in the 1869-70 academic year: the Roscoe BBC (made up of the junior and senior classes of 1869 and 1870), the 71 class, 72 class, and 73 class. The first recorded game was Oct. 1869, when the freshman beat the junior 49-37. See Galesburg Free Press, Oct. 25, 1869, which has a box score, and Muelder, Knox College.
