Description	The old Fair Grounds were located in West Brighton, then just south of Rochester, just west of where the (old) (west) Henrietta Plank Rd. and East Henrietta Plank Rd. intersect. Bounded on the north by modern Crittenden Rd. There's an 1862 drawing of these fair grounds, for when they held the state fair there. The West Brighton area is now the Strong neighborhood of Rochester.
