Description	The Chicago Tribune, July 27, 1867, has an extensive article on the State base ball convention. Among the clubs sending delegates were the Enterprise and the Fort Clark of Peoria. The Lacon Home Journal, Sept. 18, 1867, reports on a baseball tournament held at the Henry, Illinois, fair. The Fort Clark of Peoria won, the Wenona club finished 2nd. Lacon and Henry clubs also were there.
