Description	The Cleveland Plain Dealer July 13, 1869 reports that Cleveland has a Black Stockings bbc and Blue Stockings bbc, the former "composed of colored gentlemen." The Cincinnati Enquirer, Oct. 8, 1869 says the local Teachers BBC will play the Blue Stockings of Cleveland. The Fremont Weekly Journal, June 3, 1870 reports that the Cincinnati Red Stockings beat the Cleveland Blue Stockings 27-13 in Cleveland on Tuesday last. Says the Blue Stockings are one of the best clubs in the country. Egan, "Base ball on the Western Reserve" says this was the 1870 nickname for the Forest City BBC.
