A new base-ball club, bearing the name of the gallant Ashby, has been organized on Union Hill. The following is a list of the officers : President, B. Davis, Vice President, George D. Pearman ; Treasurer, William Newell; Secretary, R. J. Pollard ; First Director, Walter Estutz ; Second Director, Barney Briel ; Third Director, J. W. Thomas.
