Nick Name Academy
Earliest Known Date 1867
Location Collamer, OH, United States
Nine Class Senior
Description

Egan, "Base Ball on the Western Reserve," p. 20, says that the Academy Club of Collamer played in 1867.

Collamer now seems to be a part of a new city of East Cleveland (not the one annexed by Cleveland in 1872). It was named after Jacob Collamer, a Whig/Republican who was a US Senator from Vermont.
