Description

Used by the Chicago White Stockings, 1870. On Halsted between 42nd and 47th.

They played inside the Dexter Park racetrack. The grounds were adjacent to the Union Stock Yards. Later the International Ampitheater was built on the site. Today Aramark Uniform Services is there.

Rhe Washington Nationals defeated the Chicago Atlantics there 78-17 in 1867. The Chicago Evening Post, July 30, 1867.
