Description	per Strutt. Strutt speculates that Club-ball was the ancient ancestor of many ball games. Its rules of play are not known. Hone book has 2 illustrations. Collins, "Popular Sports" (1935) says (without citing a source) that club ball was similar to Single wicket cricket.
