Description	TMI moved from Bastrop to Austin in 1870. The grounds overlooked Shoal Creek, west of the capitol, at about 12th and Lamar. Austin American-Statesman, Oct. 15, 1872 reports that the cadets played a picked Austin nine at the TMI grounds, winning 36-29 in a five inning game.
