The [Olympic Town Ball] club was formed from the union of two earlier associations. The original site in 1831 of one of them was, according to the club history in their 1866 pamphlet was "on Market street, near or upon the ground where the Episcopal Church stands." St. Paul's Episcopal Church is on Market between Fourth and Fifth streets, but I don't know if this was its site in 1831. Just eyeballing the architecture, I suspect the present building is later construction. There also is a mention of "public gardens" on Market street. City hall is just across Fifth Street, with a plaza in front. This is suggestive, but hardly definitive. Some tracking down of old maps would be in order to pin this down.
After the union in 1833 they moved to a new site "on the north side of Market street, a little above the Camden Court House." If the modern courthouse is on the same site, this is a move of just a block or two. But the modern building is obviously much, much later, so again, some research would be necessary to pin this down.

Comment | The 1865-66 Camden City Directory places St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Market St. and 4th. The 1884 City Directory has a street map which places St. Paul's at that site, just south of Market. The 1865-66 places the Camden Court House at Broadway and Federal Streets, Federal being the street just south of Market and Broadway being about 6th St. The 1884 shows the Court House on the south side of Market between 5th and 6th--again, just a block or so west of St. Paul's. The site or sites appears to be at or adjacent to the modern Roosevelt Plaza Park, located on the site of the old City Hall Plaza.
