The Mohawks are the oldest player of the two clubs … Mulvaney … made several baulks, although the Umpire did not think so. Mulvaney so plainly infringed the rule in regard to the movement of the arm, that we were surprised that any one could think otherwise. The match altogether was a very creditable display, and shows the rapid progree the Juniors are making in a practical knowledge of the game.”) |
