The Kingston British Whig, July 8, 1868, reports that the International Club of Fort Erie beat the Frontier Club of Black Rock, US, at Fort Erie on Dominion Day (July 1). Fort Erie is opposite Buffalo, NY. It had 835 residents in 1871. |
