Description	The Jefferson City People's Tribune, Oct. 5, 1870 has the IXL Club challenging the Enterprise BBC for the championship of Central Missouri, to be played at the old Capitol Club grounds, 1 mile southeast of the city.. Same, Oct. 12, has the Enterprise declining the challenge, saying they've already played, and beaten, the IXL under their former name, the Red Stockings. The IXL appears to have many of the former Enterprise players. Same, Oct. 15, 1870.
