Each club consisted of three players from three teams:

Western: Ingersoll, Woodstock & Guelph

Eastern: Flamboro, Hamilton Maple Leafs and Barton

Ingersoll received the trophy for scoring the most runs (8).

An early 'All-Star' game of sorts.
