By Laws, to be observed by the Town of Fitchburg. 1st If any person shall play at any game of ball, or strike any ball with a bat-stick, or his feet, or shall throw any ball into, in, about, across or along any of the Streets or Roads in the Town of Fitchburg, he shall for each offence forfeit and pay the sum of one Dollar." |
