Description

The New York Clipper, May 18, 1872 cites the Paris American Register, April 14, 1872 of  April 9th/10th games in which the Columbia Base Ball Club of Berlin played the Active Club of Dresden. Both clubs were formed of Americans resident there. Gives a box score.

The Clark County Herald, June 7, 1872: "Americans in Berlin have formed the Columbia Base Ball Club, which uses as a ball ground a field accorded them by the Crown Prince of Prussia."
