Description	An extensive article on the Stars of Bloomfield can be found in Samuel Pierson, "Thumbing the Pages of Baseball History in Bloomfield" (1939). They played (in 1864) at "The Green, on a diamond situated just north of Monroe Place." Further described as having home plate near Monroe Place, left field bounded by Broad St., center and right bounded by Beech St. Park Street Methodist Church (12 Park St.) was in the rear of left field.
