Description | The Vermont Phoenix (Brattleboro) Dec. 21, 1866 announced a "state convention of base ball clubs" called for by the Home BBC of Burlington and the Crescent BBC of St. Albans. St. Albans VT (current pop. about 7,500) is in the NW corner of the state and about 30 miles N of Burlington. |
