Description | The Tombstone Daily Epitaph, July 8, 1881, reports on a July 4th game between the Charleston club and the Vizina Club of Tombstone, at the "race course" in Tombstone. Tombstone was badly beaten, 35 to 15. A box score is given. and no, none of the Earp brothers were on the Tombstone team. Charleston is today a ghost town. |
