Biography

George S. Duncan was born in Pennsylvania in 1844, and served in the 54th Pennsylvania Infantry (Co. A) during the Civil War. He settled in Chattanooga after the war.

 

Elected treasurer of Tennessee State Convention of Base Ball Players at its formation, May 1, 1867.
