Biography

Edmund Mulliken was born in Steuben Co. New York in 1841. He served in the 25th Illinois Infantry, Company G., mustering out as a sergeant major. After the war, he moved to Tennessee, worked as a clerk in Freedmen's Bureau and married Margaret Murray in Edgefield, TN. He died in Washington, D.C. in 1900.


Mulliken played center field for the Nashville Club in 1868.
