Text | [reporting on the Arbitration Committee meeting of 12/13/1886] The National agreement was so amended that hereafter no club will have the power to black list a player. The club may for the sake of discipline suspend a player, whose case shall at once go before a standing committee of the association to which it belongs, which committee shall inquire into the case, and may either increase, diminish or annul any such term of suspension as the facts in the case warrant, and every member of the National Agreement shall have such standing committee. |
