Text | Hanlon, the left-fielder of the Detroit Club, has resigned from [sic] that organization. He had been reserved by the Detroits, and for a long time refused to sign. When he threatened to go to the Cincinnati Unionists, the Detroits weakened on their bluff and decided to give him the salary he had stipulated.
