Text	The many friends of genial Tom Prat, the famous old-time player and late manager of the Keystone Unions, will be pleased to learn that he has been appointed a National League umpire. He received official notice of his appointment Friday. Pratt is an old player, thoroughly familiar with the rules, and no doubt will amply fulfill all the duties of the position. His friends have tendered him a benefit at the Columbia rink April 5.
