Text | The New York Club will have to play on Staten Island this year, and it is going to make a big decrease in the receipts. I cannot imagine a more undesirable spot to play ball on that this place. In the Spring and Fall it is too cold for comfort and in mid-Summer the players will have to devote more time to killing mosquitoes than playing ball. |
