Text | The baseball season is now in the ascendent in the extreme South, the winter-season being the time chosen for playing champion-games in Louisiana and adjoining States. The great ball-playing day in New Orleans is Sunday; and every fine Sunday, all the ball grounds are occupied, except those of the best social status.
