Text	The refreshment privileges of the grounds for 1883, including these privileges during Sunday games, will be awarded to the highest and best bidder at once; also the advertising privileges of the grounds. Cincinnati Commercial Gazette December 24, 1882 Mark Wallace has rented the refreshment and bar privileges of the Cincinnati Base Ball Grounds for 1883.
