Text | The uniform adopted will be a nobby affair. The escutcheons of Lord Baltimore, consisting of a party of seven, alternate yellow and black, with a bend surmounted by a Viscount's coronet, will be worn on the left breast of a tight-fitting body shirt. The cap will be divided into segments of yellow and black, the stockings stripes of the same colors and the breeches yellow, with a belt of yellow bordered with black for the waist. |
