Text | The Quaker City, the new organization...appears to be progressing finely. They will present a good nine, headed by Pratt and Dockney, and will make a gallant struggle for local supremacy. They have a beautiful ground, the most convenient in the city, which has been put in admirable order, and is now being fitted up with fence, seats, club house, &c., at an expense of over $1,200. |
