Text | H. B. Phillips has resigned his position as manager of the Philadelphia Base Ball Club and accepted the management of the foot ball, lacrosse, polo, lawn tennis, bicycle and running exhibitions, which the Philadelphia Base Ball Club Association will give on their grounds, Ridge avenue and Twenty-fourth street, next Summer. A. J. Reach will superintend the base ball games. Season tickets will admit a holder to all exhibitions on the grounds. The ground and new buildings will be ready for occupancy on April 1st. |
