Text | The Olympics have enclosed their grounds, erected their club-houses, and nearly completed their grading. As we understand it, they propose laying out their field, to bat from North to South, this will scarcely give them the desired space necessary for outfielders to capture the long high “flys” that such batters as Wright, Hatfield and others send them greeting. To take the angle of the square would certainly give them more space. |
