The Philadelphia Item March 11, 1883 [reporting on the AA meeting of 3/12/1883] Immediately after assembling, the delegates went into executive session, and the conference report came up for adoption. There was an earnest debate over the reserve clause in the agreement, but it was finally unanimously adopted and signed by the President, and once more peace reigned between the two organizations.
