Text | The Knickerbocker Base-ball Club played their first game of cricket, with the Manhattan Cricket Club, this season, on Saturday, at Hoboken. The game was closely contested, both clubs playing a sharp game. Rain put a stop to the game in the first inning, when the score stood 48 to 44, in favor of the Manhattan Club. |
