Text | A sort of scrub game at cricket was played yesterday on the grounds of the St. George’s Club and the Knickerbocker Baseball Club, playing nine instead of eleven on each side. It was not really a trial of skill, because the Knickerbockers do not profess to be crack cricketers, which the others are. |
