Text | Mr. Theodore Bomeisler has been telegraphed for, and has consented to act as umpire in the great game at Boston, on Friday, between the Chicago and Boston clubs. This is, indeed, a great compliment to Philadelphia ball players; and also showing great judgment on the part of the clubs in making the selection. |
