Text	The Internal Revenue Department has decided that Base Ball Clubs are subject to taxation, and accordingly they will in future be compelled to take out licenses at the rate of $10 per annum for their exhibitions, and pay a tax of 2½ per cent on their gross receipts, while the Treasurers of Clubs will be required to make monthly income returns.
