Text | It is the intention of the [Washington] club to carry from fifteen to seventeen men through next season, so as to be fully prepared for any emergency which may arise. This is a wise determination, as it is better to have too many than not enough, and in order to carry it out they will retain all of the members of the team as at present constituted, and but few, if any, releases will be made. |
