Text | In consequence of the action by the authorities, one or two of the parties who have erected stands outside of the Boston ball grounds have removed them, but one party, said to be a Mr. Sullivan, who has erected the highest and apparently the most dangerous one, refuses to remove it, and, it is said, proposes to contest any proceedings against him in court. |
