Text | ...for the past two seasons Washington has not been fairly represented in the base ball arena. Her prospects for the ensuing season, however, are of the brightest. She has, by the judicious use of government patronage, administered in the shape of official sinecures, secured a body of players who will do her justice, beyond a doubt, in the coming season. |
