Text | [reporting on the NL annual meeting] Secretary N. E. Young was then unanimously elected to succeed Mr. Mills, the offices of president and secretary being consolidated. Mr. Young will discharge the duties of both positions. He was also made custodian of the League funds, the office of treasurer being abolished. Mr. Mills’ salary was $4,000; Mr. Young’s was not fixed. |
