Text | The directors of the Milwaukee Club last evening closed the deal for a new park, which will be located on the corner of Seventh and Chambers, bounded by Eighth the Nileigh streets, dimensions of same being 366 x 588 feet. They purchased the property outright, paying for same $25,000, which, with the cost of grand stands and fences (estimated cost $10,000), will bring the figures up to $35,000. |
