Text | [from an interview of James Coogan] Colonel Coogan assured a reporter that Mayor Hugh J. Grant would surely sign the lease to-day. There are two other capitalists who are going to sign also to-day. Mayor Grant, Mr. Coogan said, had been in the Brotherhood project from the beginning, and was one of the warmest and staunchest friends the players had. |
