Text | The management of the Athletic Club, in order to encourage the presence of ladies at their games this season, at the grounds, Twenty-fifth and Jefferson streets, have provided suitable accommodations for them, and they will hereafter be admitted free to the ground, and also to the pavilion. It is to be hoped that all will endeavor to encourage the attendance of their lady-friends, who by their presence will give a refining influence to our national game. |
