Text | Hatfield has a very peculiar delivery. It is of the same style that characterizes that of Chamberlain of St. Louis and Weyhing of the Athletics. He brings his arm far back behind him, and after a kind of hang lets the ball fly. He has considerable speed and remarkably good command for one not a regular pitcher., quoting the Boston Herald |
