Text | [reporting on the AA meeting] An addition to section 7 of the same article [5] reads: That if any player, manager or officer of a club shall induce a player to sign or even promise to sign a contract with a club, or in any way attempt to get over the ten-day rule, he shall be fined in a sum to be fixed by the Directors. |
