Text | A meeting of the stockholders of the Altoonas was held Friday evening, 7th inst., when it was decided to issue an unlimited number of commutation tickets, twenty-five games for $5, for season of 1884. This plan was considered feasible for the purpose of checking the practice of pushing the ordinary season ticket through some crevice to a friend to come in on. The present ticket to be used will be punched at the entrance every time it is offered for admission by the gate-tender. |
