Text | Manager Loftus does not think much of the rule which allows a new pitcher to be brought in at the end of an even inning. His opinion is worth something in these days. He thinks that the way to bring on new men is to put plenty of responsibility on them and not build up quitting notions. In very few games this season will the Cleveland pitchers be changed. |
