Text	Mr. A. G. Mills, Chairman of the Arbitration Committee, has notified every club in the League, American Association and Northwestern League that any contract made with a player stipulating that he is not to be reserved another year will be nugatory, so far as such special provision goes. The Arbitration Committee do not intent to permit of such an evasion of the reservation rule.
